Dr. Ostrovsky's dynamic Psychiatric practice spans over 30 years of patient treatment and education including a 3 year tenure as an attending Physician at Sinai Hospital, a 4 year tenure at Howard County General Inpatient Psychiatry, and over 20 years in private practice in the United States.  

 

Dr. Ostrovsky attended medical school in Russia, and completed his residency at University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is a Diplomate of The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and holds National Board Certification in Hypnotherapy.
